District Director Benny Jefferson

Benny Jefferson was elected as District 8 director to the California Farm Bureau Federation Board of Directors in December 2004. 

He succeeded Joe Zanger, who was termed out after three two-year terms.

District 8 consists of Monterey, San Benito and San Luis Obispo County Farm Bureaus.

Jefferson operates Jefferson Farms at Marina.  He is a past president of Monterey County Farm Bureau.

Jefferson was nominated by state delegates from Monterey, San Benito and San Luis Obispo County Farm Bureaus and elected by the House of Delegates at the December 2004 annual meeting of CFBF.  He was re-elected in December 2006.
